What shipping options are available?

When shipping our goods, we work with Swiss Post. We choose the fastest possible shipping method so that you receive your order as soon as possible.

How fast will my order be shipped?

Provided nothing else has been expressly agreed upon, we shall ship the goods within seven (7) days. For orders where payment is made via bank transfer/prepayment, the period for the service commences on the day after the payment order is lodged with the financial institution making the transfer. The period ends on the seventh (7th) day after the period commences. Should the last day of the period fall on a Saturday, Sunday or Federal/generally recognised holiday, the period ends on the next business day.

How long does it take to ship the goods?

The time it takes to ship your parcel after we have dispatched it at the post office varies according to the destination country. The delivery time within Europe is between two (2) and six (6) working days (Monday to Friday). The delivery time to countries outside Europe can take up to fourteen (14) working days.

How high are the shipping costs and to which countries do you ship?

The shipping costs are free of charge for customers.

Where will the goods be shipped from?

As a small enterprise based in Switzerland, we naturally dispatch our Swiss-produced goods exclusively from Switzerland.

Who will cover the customs costs?

You may be charged customs fees, which you have to bear as a buyer.

Do I need to pay additional costs if I order goods to be shipped to a country outside Switzerland?

We continuously strive to ship goods using as smooth and efficient a procedure as possible. However, when our goods are shipped across the Swiss border, you may incur costs that we cannot influence. For example, there may be a value-added tax levied on these goods in your country, or your local post office may charge handling or customs fees. For this reason, we recommend that you find out the rules that apply to your country.


Ordering procedure

Why have I not received any confirmation of my order?

After checking out, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received it within one hour, this could be due to the following reasons:

  • The wrong email address was entered.
  • The email was directed to the spam folder of your email account.
  • The order was not successfully completed. To check this, please log in to your user account, look at the My Orders section and see if the order has been registered in our system. If it has not been, please place the order again.

If none of the described cases applies to you, please contact us.

Can I change my order afterwards?

Unfortunately, because we strive to process and ship your order within the shortest possible time, we cannot make any subsequent changes to orders after they have been placed.


Discount code

How can I redeem a discount code?

Open the shopping cart, click on "edit shopping cart" and you will find the provided field left underneath your chosen products. Enter the discount code in the field provided to redeem it.

Can discount codes be redeemed after an order has been placed?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply a discount after an order has been placed.

How many times can I redeem a discount code?

All discount codes can only be redeemed once per order and once per customer.

Can discount codes be combined?

You cannot combine your discount code with other discount codes and vouchers. Discount codes cannot be redeemed for items on sale. Cash payments are not possible.

Am I entitled to reuse my discount code if I return my order?

If you wish to return an order placed using a discount code, the reduced purchase price will be refunded to you. It is not possible to replace the discount code, however. The discount code expires when you return your complete order and cannot be reused with a subsequent order.



How much time do I have to cancel my order?

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any explanation. The 14-day period begins from the moment you receive the goods.

Can you replace the goods I ordered?

Replacements of goods are not possible. Instead, please return the ordered goods within the 14-day period and place a new order.

Who covers the costs of the return?

You as the buyer will cover the costs of the return.

Have you received my returned goods?

Please report the return to us via email. You will receive confirmation of their return as soon as they have arrived.

When will my payment be refunded?

You will receive a refund through the same payment channel used to pay for the goods within two (2) weeks from the day we receive the returned goods.


Delivery of incorrect or defective product

What should I do if I have received a wrong or defective product?

If you have received an incorrect delivery or a defective item, please inform us using the contact form below. Please note that, in the case of a defective product, a photo of the defect is required in order for us to process your warranty claim correctly.

We will process your request as promptly as possible and will provide you with a free return label immediately after verifying your claim.

The Lerouxblanc guarantee corresponds to the statutory warranty claim under the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 210 Para. 1 OR).

When you purchase a watch from Lerouxblanc, you acquire a two-year warranty right starting from the date on which the goods are handed over to the buyer (Art. 210 Para. 1 OR).

The condition of the goods must be checked for defects by you upon reception (Art. 201 Para. 1 OR). If the purchased goods do not function properly from the moment you receive them, you must inform us immediately; it is immaterial whether the defect is discovered immediately or only becomes apparent later is irrelevant (see Art. 201 Para. 3 OR). However, it is important that the defect is reported to us as soon as it is discovered, otherwise the item will be deemed to be approved along with its defect (Art. 201 OR).
